An Attorney You Can Trust!

Weitz, Esquire makes sure his clients not only receive high-quality legal services, but also the support and resources they deserve.

Mr. Weitz's clients not only receive the skill and expertise which he brings to their representations, but also the benefits of Mr. Weitz's entire law firm, Spear, Greenfield, Richman, Weitz & Taggart, P.C., a large plaintiff's personal injury firm with more than a dozen attorneys and an even larger staff.

Jeremy M. Weitz is a personal injury and trial attorney practicing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. +Top Attorney Methodology

SJ Magazine’s Top Attorney list is drawn from nominations by other attorneys in the region who must provide their New Jersey Attorney ID number to make nominations through the magazine’s website. Duplicate online entries and surveys from ineligible participants are disqualified.

Once nominations were calculated, we determined where the cutoff point was in each category. Those above the cutoff point were then checked to determine whether the nominee was licensed to practice law in New Jersey and where the attorney’s primary area of practice was located.

The attorneys listed were nominated by their peers, but some highly regarded professionals may not appear on these lists, which could have occurred for many reasons.

By including an attorney on these lists, SJ Magazine does not recommend or endorse his/her service. We desire to provide useful information to supplement what you learn from other sources. If you have a good relationship with an attorney, do not let this cause an unnecessary change.
